Four Seasons Sweater Pattern

It’s made in one piece, without sewing required. To make this pattern, you can use any weight of yarn with 12mm knitting needles, to get summer mesh or winter chunky sweater!

It’s a beginner friendly made to measure pattern that is easy to customize to fit you as you desire. Pattern also contains two types of neck shaping: boat neck and V-neck! The length and width of body and sleeves can be adjusted by your own measurements, if presented size won’t meet your desired fit.

This pattern is provided in English. Recommended Skill Level: Beginner and above. This document spans 17 pages and includes instructive images and video links to further help you pursuit your goal result.

MATERIALS

• 12 MM KNITTING NEEDLES (circular)
• ANY YARN (depending on what type of sweater you want)
• SCISSORS
• TAPE MEASURE
• STITCH MARKERS
• STITCH WIRE (or scrap yarn)
• SHORT AND LONG NEEDLES CABLE (optional)
• TAPESTRY NEEDLE (optional for weaving in ends)

 

YARN RECOMMENDATIONS

• To make this sweater you can use any yarn weight up to Bulky (no. 5) or Super Bulky (no. 6) matching with 12mm knitting needles,
• Whether you’re making the Chunky or Mesh sweater, you can use any yarn type you prefer (cotton, wool or blends),
• For a Mesh sweater, I recommend using yarn in a weight up to Light (no. 3) to achieve an open, airy look in the stitches,
• For a Chunky sweater with closed stitches and extra warmth, I recommend using Bulky (no. 5) or Super Bulky (no. 6)
